WWE RAW results, highlights (May 5th): CM Punk costs Seth Rollins expensive in the title game

“WWE RAW” in Omaha was a damn good explosion – and was delivered in several ways than it should have been.

To the surprise of the wrestling world, Seth Rollins returned faster than expected to the world in heavyweight and aimed at the Champion Jey Uso. As a result, they struggle in the main event – it was the first time in seven months that the world championship title had been defended on “WWE RAW”, so that they already know that it could not end without Shenanigans.

The wrong Paul

Shortly before the start of the Monday show, I thought: “Man, it was wild to see how a world championship title takes such a back seat in a non-title storyline, since the world championship title has to do with Rollins.”

And then? Let’s just say there was a lot to digest to start with “WWE RAW” this week.

Let’s start with the uso evil above. Omaha was absolutely enthusiastic to see how the world champion in heavyweight gave its entry, and it was such a party that Uso looked worried when he came into the ring. I was rightly concerned that he could pass out after his segment. He flinched a bit and leaned forward and the whole thing was just strange. Maybe I overrated the whole moment, but luckily he had time to breathe when Paul Heyman had called up Uso Logan Paul afterwards.
