Workers aren’t really sure how much work to hand over to AI

New research finds that while workers enjoy engaging with artificial intelligence and seeing what it can do, they are still unsure about handing over human-centered tasks.

Freshworks’ study of more than 4,000 employees found that while many are willing to use AI for routine work, they are reluctant to trust it with human interactions.
