In honor of the racing season, Oscar Mayer throws her hat in the game with the first “Wienie 500”.

The famous Oscar Mayer Vienna will take part in a race on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the first time.

Vienna 500 will mark the first “meat” of all six Viennese times in over a decade, officials said.

According to IMS, every Viennese Mobile will represent another regional dog, including the Chi dog (Midwest), New York Dog (East), Slaw Dog (Southeast), Sonoran Dog (Südwest), Chili Hund (South) and Seattle Dog (northwest).

Each driver has a custom -made hot dogger racing suit and the winner will be presented to his trophy and a hot dog in the “Wieners’s Circle”.

“The Indy 500 marks the unofficial start of the summer and the start of the hot dog season,” said Kelsey Rice, Brand Communications Director at Oscar Mayer. “As a brand that is known for the fact that the smile is triggered in a disarming, it is only suitable that we bring a race of epic proportions to the Speedway and celebrate a timeless tradition: delicious meat and a small friendly competition to start a summer from Vienna.”

The fans will also be able to bet on which Viennese mobile they will think for the crown at Draftkings. From Tuesday, May 20, fans can enter the free pool on the Draftkings ‘website on the Draftkings’ website, and those who receive the most points will receive a share of the total money price of $ 10,000.
