Wells Fargo has confirmed a mass failure that prevented customers from accessing their accounts.

According to the downdetector, customers started reporting problems on Saturday morning on Saturday morning.

Users on social media also reported problems with their accounts, transactions and cell transfers. A frustrated user said he tried to get answers.

“Local branch no answers to phone. Mobile banking down. Customer service 57 minutes to get someone and you cannot answer a question.”

The bank asked the user to send a direct message to support.

The Pix11 news station based in New York said that the bank replied to a request for comments, in which it was stated that the system maintenance is responsible.

“This morning our ATMs and online banking services achieved a short failure due to the planned maintenance.”

The bank says that all services are now being restored.

According to the downdetector, some users report “possible problems at Wells Fargo” at the time of publication, with dozens of customers report registrations, cell and debit card problems in the last six hours.
