This stuck system comes on several rainy days at the end of April and is expected to linger a few more days before finding yourself on the weekend.

Until Tuesday morning, the local National Weather Service Offices have issued a tornado clock to a large part of the state of Fredericksburg to Houston and Waco to San Antonio until 4 p.m.
