Sean Connery’s former France Villa returns for $ 26.4 million

A French Riviera estate that once belonged to the late Sean Connery, the original James Bond, has returned to the market with a price of approximately $ 26.4 million on the market, according to a publication of the Savill brokerage.

The Art -deco residence, which is formally known as Villa Roc Fleuri, is better in the area than the “Bond Villa,” said Chuck McKee from Savills.

Connery, who played Bond in seven films, lived there in the 1970s and 1980s.

With a view of the port of Nice and Cap d’Antibes, the villa is a first -class place at the foot of Mont Boron and the neighbors.

“It probably has the most spectacular view in Nice,” says the publication.

The property, built in 1930, extends over more than 10,000 square foot and retains the original details, including mosaic inlays, ceiling strips, wood paneling, blacksmiths and even the original elevator cabin of the building.

The layout with five bedrooms and five bathrooms includes a primary suite with two EN suite and access to panorama terraces.

The extensive outdoor functions include an entertaining deck on the roof with integrated barbecue, well-tended lawn and a network of garden paths that leads directly to the rocky coast.

A spa area with a gym and a heated infinity pool indoors and outdoors offers a dramatic view of the sea.

“It feels like it was flooded in the sea,” said McKee to Mansion Global, who recorded the news about the list this week this week, about the Infinity pool.

In addition to the main villa, the property includes a separate housing care and a guest house near the entrance, which is currently divided into two apartments.

The current owners, whose identity was not announced, bought the house in 2015 and have since carried out a complete renovation.
