President Trump makes more changes in criminal justice, announces “Czar’s pardon”.

President Donald Trump announced on Thursday that Alice Johnson would serve as the new “forgiveness tender”.

Johnson, who was pardoned for violent drug pollution during his first term of office, will be responsible for searching the criminal justice system and looking for people who may be victims of injustice.

“She will be my forgiveness,” said President Trump on Thursday during a celebration of the Black History month in the White House. “You will find people like you who shouldn’t have happened,” he said to Johnson.

According to the government, Johnson had served a lifelong prison for a drug assessment in the western district of Tennessee. She was convicted in 1997.

President Trump signed the full and unconditional forgiveness in August 2020.

“They were an inspiration for people. And we will listen to their recommendations to forgive,” said the President.

Many other criminal judicial changes have entered into force in January since President Trump took office, including the closure of the national database for the obligation to account for the law enforcement authorities, as reported for the first time by the Washington Post.

However, the database, in which almost 5,000 records of misconduct in connection with the federal law enforcement officers were launched in 2023 as part of President Joe Biden, was shut down when President Trump revoked the former president’s executive order.

According to an explanation of a website of the Ministry of Justice Statistics, “agencies cannot add data to the (database). The US Ministry of Justice is not the (national database for accounting obligation) in accordance with the federal standards.”

The database pursued the federal law enforcement officers with criminal convictions and dismissals in connection with misconduct and civil servants who have resigned or were examined. The database also gave information about rewards and awards.

According to a federal fact sheet via Nleead, the database has been searched almost 10,000 times since its start.

“It is really unfortunate that this really powerful segment of law enforcement officers no longer has the opportunity to be hired or persecuted via another agency.

Bonds said that the database served as a “beta test” to determine whether a larger national database could also be created for covering the state and the local police.

“So not really to let it exist for so long, it is disappointing not to really serve as a model,” she said, “she said,” she said, “she said

“It is very disappointing,” said Chloe White, the leading political lawyer of the management conference for civil and human rights.

White said President Trump proposed to create a similar database for the law enforcement authorities’ accountability when he was in office during his first term.

However, the national database for the obligation to account for the law enforcement authorities was only created in 2023 as part of President Biden.

White said on a very basic level that it is important for law enforcement authorities to exchange information with each other.

“It is good for agencies to exchange information and know who should not hire about what violations and who you should not set,” she said. “I think these are just basic information that you probably want.”

The White House announced the Washington Post that the president “believes in an appropriate remaining amount of the accountability”, but created the bids executive order that the database created because it was “full of woke, anti-policy concepts”.

The removal of the federal database does not affect state, local, local and private databases that also pursue discipline across the country.
