New Raiders signs are already on thin ice after 2025 NFL draft

The Las Vegas Raiders made a gross misjudgment last at the last low season. The then general manager Tom Telesco bet on the third year to reduce Zamir White to replicate the production of the former All-Pro-Josh Jacobs of the first team.

Free Agent Alexander Mattisone was also added to the fold, but the two combined for only 603 rushing yards in the season. This was 200 meters less than Jacob’s worst season with silver and black.

In this low season, the Raiders signed the 33-year-old veteran, who ran back Mostert, for a one-year contract worth around $ 2 million. Mostert, last season last season, dealt with Miami Dolphins, but ran for 18 touchdowns in 2023.

Before the NFL design of 2025, Mostert was expected to be the team’s startback, which was somewhat overwhelming for most of the Raider Nation. Fortunately, this year’s design class has recently recorded some of the most talented young running backs.

During the draft, the Raiders held the company with the overall election No. 6 and selected the Boise State, the Ashton Jeant. He was the consensus top player in the position and probably the best view of this generation.

In his last college season, Jeanty had a historical campaign that hurried on 2,601 yards and 29 touchdowns, which brought him numerous honors and a second-placed person for the Heisman Trophy.

With JANTY now on the squad, a moster is on thin ice. Once regarded as the team’s main or leader, he is now fighting for touch because the team invests heavily in the generation view.

There will still be room for the Raiders to use Mostert because the offensive coordinator Chip Kelly has a relationship with him in 2015.

However, his production can be limited again this year when a young player appears in the Backfield. Last year it was De’von Achahane in Miami, and hopefully Ashton Jeanty in Las Vegas this year.
