Max Verstappen explains why he missed Monaco F1 film screening

Max Verstappen explained why he skipped the private Formula -1 film screening for the drivers before the monaco Grand Prix.

On Wednesday evening, the Formula -1 management organized a private tour of the upcoming F1: The film For all 20 F1 drivers and several older figures in a cinema in Monaco in front of the Grand Prix of this weekend.

In the end, 18 of the 20 drivers appeared for the occasion, with the world champion Max Verstappen and the Lance walk by Aston Martin to give the event a failure.

It is known that Verstappen does not particularly enjoy the Hoo-Ha and does not go overboard with media and sponsor activities. But the Dutch does not particularly boycott the event and want to spend more time at home, while Imola, Monaco and Barcelona are a busy triple head.

“I said Fom Way in advance that I wouldn’t be there that evening. They knew about it,” said Verstappen when he was asked why he gave a pass to the screening.

Verstappen, who recently became a father, spent time at home and was also seen online with his team Redline Sim Racing Squad.

“I think it’s pretty normal to spend more time at home on days like this. Now that the family is growing, I would prefer to spend more time at home.”

Walk also opened for his absence. “Just like that,” offered the Canadian. “At some point I’ll see it.”
