Kanye West to sue the dentist for misconduct and deliver laughing gas

Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori claim in a new legal letter that a dentist from Beverly Hills had ruthlessly delivered to the west with “dangerous” quantities of laughing gas, which led to chemical dependence that caused neurological damage and “mood instability”.

The lawyer Andrew Cherkasky, based in New York, said his law firm had the couple’s claims in a letter to Dr. Thomas Connelly outlined on Thursday. In the letter, the lawyer said that Connelly started treatment from West in early 2024 and carried out various procedures such as the placement of a custom titanium crown. The lawyer claims that Connelly provided with laughing gas in “quantities and frequencies that did not have legitimate dental or medical justification” to the west. He claims that Connelly had made laughing gas to the west after the “purely leisure use” and instructed the rapper, now known as YE, how to administer yourself.

In the letter, the lawyer claims that Connelly had observed by May 2024 that West “showed signs of dependency and neurological damage – including reports that he often wore an inhalation mask, obsessively discussed laughing gas and showed other signs of overuse and toxicity.” The lawyer claims that Connelly deliberately ignored these “red flags” and continued with the alleged misconduct. Cherkasky claims that Connelly has even confirmed in text messages and e -mails that he made mistakes in his treatment decisions. “The fact that they felt forced to apologize in writing underlines the tremendous nature of their behavior and will serve as evidence of their negligence and their awareness of guilt,” the letter says.

The lawyer says that Connelly has exploited the vulnerable state of west to calculate $ 50,000 per month for the “continuous care” of laughing gas and associated services. In the letter, the lawyer claims that Connelly then declined his services abruptly after he had “promoted” the alleged addiction because “the exam increased”. The letter claims that Connelly has the obligation to ensure that West received help.

“You have not ensured that you have received follow-up medical care, detoxification or transfer to specialists in order to tackle the laughing gas dependency and the neurological damage, which you have negligently caused, ruthless or knowingly,” the letter states. “Because of their actions, they have suffered a serious deterioration in his mental health. He experienced more confusion, mood instability, anxiety and depression.”

The letter states that West has or plans to undergo medical interventions for detoxification and relaxation, and there is a lot of laughing gas dependency for “considerable financial losses” and problems in the couple’s marriage. “Due to the injuries they caused to them, Ms. Censori was withdrawn during his injury and recovery of companions, support, services and marital conditions of her husband,” it says.

The letter demands that Connelly will notify its insurance companies for misconduct so that they can “address advice and take part in discussions about the solution”. Cherkasky represents West and Censori together with Katie Cherkasky, his right -wing partner and his wife.
