Grand Theft Auto fans have to wait another year to get the latest version of the popular video game into their hands.

The publication of Grand Theft Auto 6, the last edition of the series, is pushed back to May 26, 2026, Rockstar Games said in a statement on Friday. The game should be released later this year.

“We are very sorry that this is later than expected,” said Rockstar Games.
