Florence Pugh had an encounter of a scorpion on the ‘Thunderbolts’ set

Florence Pugh, who plays Yelena Belova in Marvel’s “Thunderbolts*” and was unknowingly laid on a scorpionnest while filming a scene in the desert.

“We are in the desert and put on the floor and turn a scene, and when we get up, just someone comes and knocks my leg,” she said in an interview published on Friday about Entertainment Weekly. “And I am like ‘what’s going on?’ And they say: “There was a scorpion on the leg.”

Her casting colleagues, including Julia Louis-Dreyfus, who plays Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, was shocked to hear about the dangerous incident in the fact. “I didn’t know. It’s really crazy,” said Louis-Dreyfus.

Pugh became even more worrying and explained that the line -up was waiting to carry out a reset due to the heat after the umbrellas had to be introduced.

“We waited to carry out the reset, and then we wanted to climb back on the floor, and someone came and patted my leg,” Pugh recalled. “Thank God I wore these fighting boots because my fighting boots got a scorpion on my leg. And then we said: ‘Under no circumstances, we lay down there!'”

“And then they said to ‘reset, reset, go down there,” recalled Hannah John-Kamen, who plays Ghost.

Pugh added: “You said:” The scorpions are gone. “And we said:” But what about the others?! “”

Wyatt Russell (John Walker) shared his own fear of the set: “I divided my head. It was an explosion.”

David Harbor (Red Guardian) remembered the crew said that day: “Guys, that’s really dangerous because we run before this little two-time four-person race that stands out here. We have to pull ourselves into it. It is really dangerous, can’t we do that?”

His point was noted, but he was told: “Yes, yes, let’s go again.” And he went on the floor.

Russell received Staples to close the wound, and said he was grateful that the board did not hit in the middle of his forehead, but in his hairline. “Three centimeters lower and I would have been for the rest of my life of the scar systems. Many roles with cool scars in them. Would have been really good for the career. But it was fun.”

“Thunderbolts*” is now playing in the cinemas.
