Ex-WWE star grateful for the huge wrestling opportunity 20 years later

A former WWE star is grateful for his latest appearance in the spotlight.

In 2003 Zach Gowen joined the WWE spotlight at the age of 20.

Gowen’s action with Mr. America would continue and led to a feud with the then chairman Vince McMahon, who culminated in Vengeance. After his rivalry with McMahon, Gowen’s time was greatly reduced on television, and after a number of losses (including a brutal beatdown by Brock Lesnar), he was released from his WWE contract in February 2004.

The star has remained active in the independent scene, and after a surprising appearance at the collision on May 8, Zach Gowen will compete against Ricochet on May 14 on a special beach bridge edition of Dynamite.

In a new interview with The Takedown on Si, Gowen spoke about his AW opportunity and thanked her for once again presenting on such a large platform.

“Listen, I am 40. I’m a 42 -year -old, tax -paid father of four children. I say. I am a suburban father, brother. And the fact that this has happened in the past three or four days is only wild for myself, but I’m so grateful.

“I have not been on a national platform since my 20-year-old WWE. The fact that this is now happening at the age of 42 at this age and this ripening level, I have such a greater appreciation for the gift that is presented to me than I could ever do when I was 20 years old.

“We will create magic”-Ex-WWE star Zach Gowen, who is exposed to Ricochet in AEW

After Gowen Ricochet was one of the best wrestler in the world, he spoke about his anticipation for her dynamite match and said that he believes that the two will tell a wonderful story in the square circle.

“As I said, I am a 42 -year -old, a legy father of four children. I live in the suburbs. I mow my grass and pay control. How, there is no way that I can keep up with him, but I have learned over my years to make a few things in my years to form a real connection with the audience. We will create magic.”
