Eagles reward coach Nick Sirianni with a multi -year expansion

With head coach Nick Sirianni, the Philadelphia Eagles approved a multi -year expansion, the team said on Monday.

The extension conditions were not announced.

Lurie had indicated the annual meeting of the NFL in Palm Beach, Florida last month that an expansion would soon come.

Before the extension, Sirianni was in the last year of the five -year contract, which he had signed when he was hired by the Eagles in 2021.

The 43-year-old Sirianni is 48-20 with the Eagles and his proportion of profits (.706) in the third highest in the Super Bowl era. He is 6: 3 in the post-season and led the team to two Super Bowl appearances, including a decisive victory against the Kansas City Chiefs last February.
