The HGTV Dream Home 2025 in Bluffton Sweepstakes runs from Tuesday, December 17, 2024, 9 a.m. ET to Friday, February 14, 2025, 5 p.m. ET, or Valentine’s Day at hgtv.com, diynetwork.com or foodnetwork. com. Winning an HGTV dream home is like winning the lottery. Maria Fratta from New York knows the feeling: She won the keys to the 2024 HGTV dream home on Anastasia Island, Florida and was surprised in a friendly ambush by the network. Although Fratta eventually sold the house shortly after winning, she and her family enjoyed the amenities there.

Since 1997, the HGTV Network has built a fan base and audience with its HGTV Dream Home Sweepstakes. HGTV, the television channel for home and garden, has been running its popular HGTV Dream Home competition with corresponding TV specials since 1997. The HGTV Dream Home 2024 will take place in Bluffton, South Carolina.

The December 17, 2024 HGTV Sweepstakes FAQ section states: “Individuals may enter online by visiting the HGTV website and completing and submitting the online entry form (limit one online entry on the HGTV website, per valid email address and per eligible person). per day); and by visiting the DIY Network website and completing and submitting the online entry form (maximum one entry on the DIY Network website, per valid email address, per eligible person, per day).”

Located on Anastasia Island in Northeast Florida, the HGTV Dream Home 2024 is described as “a great coastal escape.” The competition for the beautiful home, designed by architect Michael Stauffer and built by local builder Glenn Layton Homes, officially ended in February. The interior design of the house is by Brian Patrick Flynn. The three-bedroom, four-bathroom home is approximately 3,300 square feet and features views of the Matanzas River and the St. Augustine Lighthouse.

The potential Grand Prize Winner will typically be contacted by telephone, email, in writing, or through an “ambush” visit by Sponsor’s representatives to the Grand Prize Winner’s home or other location during the spring. The likely grand prize winner will likely be filmed or recorded during the friendly ambush visit.
