Callback for the beans made of cans sold in 23 states – here is what to know

If you have redeemed a summer picnic, you have to check your shelves! According to a release from US Food & Drug Administration, the Vietti Food Group reminded its 15 -unzen doses of Yellowstone-brown sugar-melace beans due to non-declared soy.

This means that the product is still safe to eat if they have no soy sensitivities-but people with a soy allergy who have serious or life-threatening allergic reactions when they eat the beans.

The safety warning has a lot of baked beans on 4,515 cases with the lotcode: preferably if they are used on the bottom of the can by February 17, 2028.

The baked beans were sold at various retailers-the associated wholesale dealer (who are to a series of independent grocery stores, K-VA-T-Faternutzittelsbaufen (including Food City), Hy-Vee, Meijer and Walmart-Anh. The products were distributed in the following states:

  • Delaware
  • Florida
  • Georgia
  • Illinois
  • Iowa
  • Kansas
  • Kentucky
  • Louisiana
  • Michigan
  • Mississippi
  • Missouri
  • New Hampshire
  • new York
  • North Carolina

  • Pennsylvania

  • Utah
  • Virginia

So far, no diseases or allergic reactions have been reported in connection with this recall. If you have the affected products, you can return them to the place of purchase to receive a complete refund.
