Brody Jenner says he received a “genuine” apology from Caitlyn Jenner

Brody Jenner says Caitlyn Jenner has apologized for “not being there” when Brody was growing up.

“Just recently I received a real, sincere apology,” Brody, 41, said of Caitlyn, 75, on the episode of “ Special Forces: The Toughest Test in the World. “It was the first time in my life that I got an apology. You know, ‘I’m sorry I’m not here,’ and honestly it meant a lot to me.”

It’s not a secret that Brody and Caitlyn share a complicated story. Caitlyn, a former Olympic decathlete and motivational speaker, has six children with three different women: Burt Jenner And Cassandra Marino with Chrystie Scott, Brandon Jenner and Brody with Linda Thompson And Kendall Jenner And Kylie Jenner with Kris Jenner.

When Brody “found out Caitlyn or Bruce wanted to be Caitlyn, it was kind of a relief,” he shared. “I think there were a lot of things that made sense in my life right now, about my dad and maybe why he wasn’t there all these years.”

Brody has since gained a new perspective Welcoming daughter Honey with Tia Blanco in 2023.

“I think it was difficult not having Bruce there as she was growing up and she was making that transition of just being her son,” he said Special forces. “I just had a beautiful baby daughter. I don’t live for myself anymore. I live for her. … I think it will make me a better father.”
