The backdrop in Piccolo is modern and refined, with an interior that emphasizes soft lighting, plushed seats and a polished dining room design, which feels more Caribbean on the top of the upper west. While the restaurant is located in Aruba, the menu and the atmosphere are deliberately styled after good kosher restaurants in New York City.

Guests can expect premium meat, beautifully plated dishes and attentive service. The kitchen tends a classic steakhouse with some Mediterranean and seasonal influences. All desserts and sides are made from scratch, and the restaurant considers high standards to procure ingredients and kitchen operation. The menu can develop, but the approach to quality and consistency is of central importance for the identity of Piccolo.

There is also a complete cocktail program with handmade drinks with premium spirits, which brings a high-end-cosher bar experience to the island.

Additional Koschere option on site: beach pizza

In addition to Piccolo, there is now a second koschere option on Hyatt Aruba’s real estate: a kosher pizza stand near the beach. This open-air setup includes stoves and external tables that offer a more casual and quick option for daily meals. The pizza stand is certified by Chabad Kosher, uses Cholov Yisroel cheese and serves as an ideal option for beach visitors or families who search for a fast and satisfactory bite during the day.

Piccolo is certified by Rabbi Ahron Blasberg by Chabad Aruba with full -time supervision. The restaurant adheres to standards such as Chassidish Shaechita, Bet Yosef and Pas Yisroel. Guests can confidently dine that all protocols were designed in cooperation with an experienced Koscher team.
