According to WBC President, Manny Pacquiao will challenge WBC World Champion in the World Heritage Sight in July!

We have been annoyed by this fight, which has been taking place for a while when it is the right word. According to a statement by WBC President Mauricio Sulaiman, Manny Pacquiao will actually fight this in July in July.

“At that time, Mario Barrios will fight Manny Pacquiao in July,” said WBC President to Boxing King Media. “This is an enormous struggle. Manny Pacquiao’s first (world) title was in flying weight – with the WBC – and (now) he would like to retire as a WBC champion, so he fights in the world weight department.”

Although we are still waiting for an exact date and an event location, this fight finally seems to happen. But is that good news? Pac-Man is now 46 years old and he has not looked great in the ring for a long time, not even in exhibition fights. You have to go back to Pacquiao’s great victory over Keith Thurman to find his last elite in the ring.

As for Barrios, he derived a hard draw with Abel Ramos, this in November. This was a great action fight, but the way Barrios had to fight did nothing to increase his reputation among fans. Pacquiao will be the outsider in this struggle (i.e., unless a lot of cash, Manny is created, his millions of fans who decide to always ignore the effects of fatherhood on boxers), but he will be a living dog.

It seems a good chance that the July fight (July, which develops into a month: Usyk-Dubois II, BAM Rodriguez-Cafu and now Pacquiao-Barrios) will be a hit on television and maybe at the live goal. But can Pacquiao write history by breaking his own record as the oldest master of world weight throughout boxes?

After everything he has achieved in boxing, Manny will roll the cubes again. One last time.

Pacquiao is currently 62-8-2 (39), while the 29-year-old Barrios is currently 29-2-1 (18).
