Rain shifts Phillies against Cardinals in Philadelphia; Doubleheads planned for Wednesday

The forecast rain in the Philadelphia area has led to the Phillies postponed their game against the St. Louis Cardinals in the Citizens Bank Park on Tuesday evening. Instead, the Phillies and Cardinals play a divided day/night double header on Wednesday.
