Special committee of the United Nations for the examination of Israeli practices that influence the human rights of the Palestinian people and other Arabs of the occupied areas – end of the mission statement (Amman, May 9, 2025) – Palestinian territory

UN special committee for Israeli practices in occupied areas warns of a second Nakba

Amman – “According to Israel, an unimaginable suffering from the people living under his crew will continue to be responsible, while they quickly expand the confiscation of the country as part of his wider colonial efforts. What we observe could be very well another Nakba,” warned a special committee*when he concludes his annual field mission to Amman.

In 1968 the General Assembly appointed Israeli practices in Palestinian and other Arabic areas that have been occupied by Israel since 1967.

“According to statements, it is obvious that the use of torture and other cruel, inhuman or humiliating treatment or punishment, including sexual violence, is a systematic practice of the Israeli army and security forces and is widespread in Israeli prisons and military lagmis,” said the special committee. “The methods that are read as a game book how to try to humiliate and increase the hearts of the individual. First comes sexual harassment, inappropriate touch of private parts, then sexual abuse, then the risk of rape and then rape itself, including rape of gangs and often with foreign objects such as a stick and stroke height, against men, women and even children.”

The committee took place when the government of Israel continued to implement a total blockade for the help for Gaza and presented the right to food. “It is difficult to imagine that a world in which a government would implement such spoiled guidelines to starve to death a population, while trucks with food are only a few kilometers away. However, this is the sick reality for those in Gaza.”

The committee regretted the regret that Israel did not respond to consultations or granted access to Israel, the occupied Palestinian territory or the occupied Syrian Golan.

“Israel’s persistent refusal to deal with us and other UN -PROFECTIONATIONS or to give the resolutions of the Security Council as well as the General Assembly as well as binding orders and advisory opinions from the International Court reveals his entire disregard for international law and its obligations as a member state of the United Nations”

“Israel clearly believes that it has full impunity to commit terrible crimes, and will never be held accountable for his actions, guidelines and practices in the occupied Palestinian territory and in Syria -Golan,” it said.

“The crew must end. Only if this happens will serious violations of human rights end,” said the special committee. “Puncture cannot be accepted.”

The special committee with influence states with influence to provide all political, economic pressure and all means in order to force the Israeli government to stop their illegal politics and practices and to hold them accountable for the huge war crimes and crimes against the already committed humanity.

“The humanitarian blockade must now end, and the Unrwa must be able to carry out its unique mandate and provide essential services. Weapons and military support also have to stop, even about private companies and state companies. The world cannot be silent,” said the special committee.
