Karen Read returns to Norfolk Superior Court on Thursday because the certificate will continue in her call to murder.

The jurors heard on Wednesday by a soldier of the state police in Massachusetts, who had found some of the snow found in the snow in the snow in which Read’s friend, the Boston police officer John O’keefe, was found. Trooper Connor Keefe showed the missing sneaker of jurors O’keefe and several red and clear plastic rigs -light fragments that were discovered on the snow -covered lawn outside the 34 Fairview Road.

The public prosecutor claims that she had secured her SUV in a drunk anger in O’keefe in O’keefe, while she fell into a post -party on January 29, 2022. However, her lawyers say that she was framed in a Vertodern to protect the family and friends of the home owner Brian Albert, a fellow boston police officer. The defense has proposed that other guests in the O’Keefe house and ejected it into a snowstorm.

Under her evidence, Read’s lawyers have pointed out to a sister -in -law of Alberts, Jennifer McCabe, that Albert’s sister -in -law “Hos Long to Die” made in cold. They claim that McCabe’s telephone details give a time stamp from 2:27 a.m. for the search, although Jessica Hyde, expert for the digital forensics of the public prosecutor’s office, said on Wednesday that McCabe actually conducted the search less later.

“What I can say about a scientific degree of security is that this search took place at 6:24 a.m. and the last search was on the tab that was open at 2:27 a.m.,” she said.

Hydes explanation supported McCabe’s earlier testimony that, after reading and Kerry Roberts, she had not used in the snow in the snow, after reading and Kerry Roberts. Another expert for digital forensics that testified last week, Cellebrites Ian Whiffin, offered the same opinion as Hyde.

Hyde also stated on Wednesday that O’keefe’s cell phone had not been saved in accordance with the best digital forensics practices, which would determine the securing of the device in a Faraday box or bag to block electromagnetic signals. If devices are not placed in Faraday housings, it explained the risk of being wiped away from a distance, and their data can be “theoretically” overwritten.

The ongoing process is the second of Read after the jury returned in their first murder process last summer and judge Beverly Cannone declared a Mistrial.
