On Monday, Dave Portnoy, founder of Barstool Sports, said that he had revoked “a taught moment” to one of the men who are supposed to be involved in the anti -Semitic sign in one of the bars of the company.

In a video, the sports media personality explained the new turn that took place. A video of the sign that was “F-Die Jew” appeared over the weekend on social media. Portnoy initially offered to send the perpetrators to Auschwitz, the notorious concentration camp from the Nazis in Poland during the Second World War, to learn something about the Holocaust against the Jews.

Portnoy said he spoke to two of the men involved in the incident and both “accountability” for their actions over the weekend. Portnoy said a contribution by one of the men involved, whom he identified as Mo Kahn, had published a long explanation on his Instagram that he had nothing to do with the incident.

In the explanation it was claimed that the alleged perpetrator “documented what took place as a citizen journalist,” and added that he “since the video had become viral,” serious threats were exposed to my security, which was overwhelming “.

The statement then added: “In all its forms, I have loathe the hatred. I was brought up to be respectful with everyone.

Portnoy said he called Khan after seeing the explanation, and Khan told him he felt under pressure to admit something he claimed to have no actual participation.

“I’m like ‘Hey, A-Lock, you uploaded it on Instagram,” he said. “‘I have your f — names out there. Other people understood it because you uploaded it to Instagram. You had a good laugh about it.’ And he says: “No, I was not, I would never do it.”

Portnoy said Khan would not explain the other alleged anti -Semitic social media contribution and added that “my parents can explain that”. The moment left Portnoy confused.

“I try to make this a taught moment, throw a child a lifeline, and he says: ‘Well, I have already been suspended by the temple’ because you have an ‘f-das sign of the Jews in a bar and posted it on social media,” said Portnoy. “What do you not understand? Maybe when you learn a life of life. When people go to Poland and how you have changed, it will come behind you.”

Portnoy made it clear that he would not send the man.

“F — I’m sorry, man. I tried to throw you a lifeline and make something out of it, and now are you a ‘citizen journalist’?

Fox News Digital turned to Khan for a comment via social media. Some of his social media have been deleted.
