Gilbert Burns Previews Belal Muhammad against Jack Della Maddalena

Della Maddalena (17-2 MMA, 7-0 UFC) challenges the master of the world weight Belal Muhammad (24-3 MMA, 15 UFC) in the main event (ESPN+ PAY-PER-VIEW, ESPN, ESPN+) in the Bell Center in Montreal.

Della Maddalena is a moderate outsider against Muhammad, and many top candidates in his division like Sean Brady and Ian Machado Garry choose the champion to win. Burns, who fought against Muhammad and Della Maddalena, believes that the chances do not reflect on how he plays the fight.

“Belal Muhammad is currently very, very hard,” Burns told MMA Junkie Radio. “(He has) Crazy Cardio, astonishing cardio, very high IQ. Jiu-Jitsu gets so much better.
