Meet the 20 PGA of America golf professionals playing in the PGA championship

The 2025 PGA -Profi Champion Tyler Collet will lead the Corebridge Financial Team from PGA of America Golf professionals who will be cut off at the 2025 PGA Championship in Quail Hollow.

The low 20 goal scorers at this year’s PGA Professional Championship have exceptions to the 2025 PGA championship and a position in the 2025 Corebridge Financial Team. They are listed in the order of the goal below, including the number of PGA championship appearances for the career.

Jesse Droemer (Houston, Texas,) – Riangly Country Club, Southern Texas Section – 2.

Brian Bergstol (Nazareth, Pa.) – Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort, Philadelphia Section – 1.

Michael Block (Mission Viejo, California) – Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club, Southern California Section – 7th

Dylan Newman (Westbury, NY) – Meadow Brook Club, Metropolitan Section – 2.

Brandon Bingaman (Dallas, Texas) – Glenagles Country Club, Nordtexas Section – 2.

Ryan Lenahan (New Hudson, me.) – Walnut Creek Country Club, Michigan Section – 1.

Andre Chi (Queens, NY) – Deepdale Golf Club, Metropolitan Section – 1.

John Somers (Trinity, Fla.) – Southern Hills Plantation Club, North Florida section – 3.

Justin Hicks (Wellington, Fla.) – Stonebridge Golf & Country Club, South Florida Section – 1.

Rupe Taylor (Virginia Beach, Va.) – Virginia Beach National Golf Club, Middle Atlantic Section – 1.

Tom Johnson (San Francisco, California) – Meadow Club, North California section – 1.

Nic Isheee (Columbus, Miss.) – Old Wavery Golf Club, Gulf States Section – 2.

Eric Steger (Westfield, Ind.) – Pebble Brook Golf Club, Indiana Section – 1.

Bob sowards (Dublin, Ohio) – Kinsale Golf and Fitness Club, Southern Ohio Section – 12.

Bobby Gates (The Woodlands, Texas) – Summit Golf School, Southern Texas Section – 1.

Greg Koch (Orlando, Fla.) – Ritz -Carlton Golf Club -Grand Lakes Orlando, Section North Florida – 3.

Timothy Wiseman (Corydon, Ind.) – Old Capital Golf Club, Indiana Section – 1.

Larkin Gross (Fairfax, Va.) – Westwood Country Club, Middle Atlantic Section – 3.

Michael Kartrude (Port. St. Lucie, Fla.) – The Bear’s Club, Südflorida department – 1.

Collet will take part in his fourth PGA championship after his competition in 2021, ’22 and ’24.

Block appears in his seventh PGA championship after ending T-15 and achieving a low PGA of America Golf Profi honors in the OAK Hill Country Club 2023 in the OAK Hill Country Club.

Sowards should play his 12th PGA championship, which corresponds to the record for most appearances by a player as a PGA of America Golf Professional. The 56-year-old is also a member of the Corebridge Financial Team, who is on the way to the Senior PGA Championship 2025 in the congressional Country Club.

Steger is the son of 38-year-old PGA member Scott Steger, who played in 1994 at the PGA championship in Southern Hills.

Ten of the PGA of America golf professionals will take part in their first PGA championship.
