Michigan Rep. Shri Thanedar entered seven officials against Trump

Just a few hours before President Trump took office, the Democratic Congressman Michigan Shri Thanedar submitted the first amendment item of this administration.

On Monday, Thanedar announced that he had submitted seven officials against the president. The move marks the first time this year that a US house democrat officially tried to complain about the president or a member of his administration.

“We have no kings. We have presidents and there is a reason why,” said Thanedar. “The activities of this president are unconstitutional, the activities of this president. He has no consideration of democracy.”

In his submission, Thanedar accuses the President of the disability of the judiciary, abuse of power, the violation of power, bribery and corruption, with the focus on the wrong deportation of Kilmar Abego Garcia and the Department of State Efficiency (Doge) without the approval of the congress.

“The congress approved and appropriated funds for certain departments for certain activities and continuously violated without permission,” said Thanedar.

Thanedar said he was pushed to submit the articles after he heard directly from his voters, who say that they are frustrated and fear of all changes from the White House.

“I had the feeling that I couldn’t stand in silence and watch all this thing. I had to get up and do a case, and I did that,” said Thanedar.

While the office articles do not progress in the republican -controlled house, Thanedar will continue to contact his colleagues on both sides of the aisle.

“These members of the congress throughout the course, both sides have to look at these activities and not only be committed to this president, but also do the right thing,” said Thanedar.
