Another this warning to Bukele

The democratic governor of Illinois, JB Pritzker, asked the officials of his state to take steps to implement a boycott against El Salvador, in response to the collaboration of President Nayib Bukele with the Trump administration in the rejection of a resident in Maryland in one of his famous light liability camps, his appropriate procedural rights.

Pritzker asked the pension funds and procurement agencies of Illinois to check whether the state has any investments in El Salvador or contracts with El Salvadorian company with headquarters in the country. The idea must be identified whether relationships exist so that the state of Illinois can separate El Salvador to work with the Trump administration for his decision (if we can call it that), while his executive department puts the Gauntlet on the judiciary.

“The constitution of the United States guarantees a proper procedure. We observe how Donald Trump undermines our basic constitutional rights in real time, and we have to fight to restore the balance of power,” said Pritzker. “The State of Illinois will work for the rule of law and do everything in our power that the Trump administration prevents our most fundamental rights apart.”

According to reports, the procurement agency of Illinois will also check any trade that could possibly take place between the state and El Salvador so that these care points may be closed if Illinois progresses with the endangered boycott. A source near Pritzker’s office said Huffpost, the governor hoped that other democratic governors in the USA will follow his leadership and Illinois “will impose Trump and El Salvador to follow the law”.

The Democrats confiscated this moment to show their teeth as an opposition party. Some of these efforts and Senator Chris van Hollen (D-MD), who travels to El Salvador and successfully demanded a wellness check meeting with Kilmar Abrego Garcia and Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), who warns Bukele that Trump’s presidency is not for example-better than others.

While Pritzker increases the choir of democratic turmoil on dealing with the case of Abrego Garcia by the Trump government -to refuse the proper procedure and ignore judicial orders -the white house remains the company that controls the situation. The Trump government could almost certainly demand that Bukele will publish Abrego Garcia tomorrow, and the Central American President would do so. The administration tried to hide this reality in court and in the right media.

In other news from Illinois …

Senator Dick Durbin (D-il), minority whip and Top The Senate Justice Committee announced his retirement on Wednesday.

While there had been rumbling that he would bow, it still shook a political world that was used to slowly observing the senators in office. The 80 -year -old Durbin seemed to refer to the party’s ghosts after young and energetic leadership in his short announcement video, and quoted a “strong democratic bank” that is “ready”.

Durbin comes from the party’s institutionalist wing and never seemed to be good to leave the cross -party committee to aggressively lead the Justice Committee. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-Ri) fought hard for the job when the late Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) was screamed for her (sometimes literal) hug the Republicans. He will probably fight for it again aggressively.

In a lengthy press release, the top performance, which Durbin quoted from his 29 years in the Senate, was the lifelong confirmation of 235 federal judges, including justice Ketanji Brown Jackson. “Two thirds of the confirmations were women, two thirds were colored people and two fifths were women with color,” said the press release.

Trump still innovatively innovatively on opportunities to punish critics

Trump and civil servants in his administration repeatedly indicate their strong desire to find a way to give us the same treatment that they have given the prisoners the migration background. Axios have put together various recent statements this morning in which administrative officers have described these longings in detail.

In the now notorious oval official meeting with the President of El Salvador Nayib Bukele last week, Trump made these feelings clear and said: “House building are next.”

“We always have to obey the laws, but we also have local criminals who push people on U -Bahn, the older women hit the head with a baseball bat when they are not looking for absolute monsters. I would like to involve them in the group of people to get them out of the country,” added Trump.

During an interview about Newsmax, Seb Gorka (who apparently made his debut in Trump II as the senior director of fighting terrorism) repeated these feelings, and said that critics of the government’s deportation agenda could “promote and promote terrorism”.

“You have to ask yourself whether you technically support and promote them because it is a crime to help and help criminals and terrorists,” he said to Newsmax.

Insinating critics in different ways is of course not a new concept for this administration. Trump’s appointment, which heads the US law firm in DC, has already taken measures to threaten the elected democrats that criticize Elon Musk.

This escalation in the administration procedure against immigration in order to possibly conclude US citizens will probably be exposed to legal hurdles.

Eric Adams takes on the role of Trump -Mundsktück

The remarks of the mayor of the NYC mayor about Senator Chris van Hollens (D-MD) trip to El Salvador are really something (as most things he says).

From gothamist:

“It is time for all of us to ask the question, especially those who are in the government who find it more convenient to drink a tequila drink with someone who is a gang member: Which side are you on?” Said Adams.

“Let me tell you something, I won’t have a tequila drink with a gang member. I will not hang around with you and hug you,” said Adams on Tuesday.
